I think if I had to pick, Secret Garden, the story of a plucky stuntwoman rescuing her traumatized but caustic ice prince, is probably my favorite romantic kdrama ever. Because I am watching too few dramas, apparently, I have started rewatching Secret GardenOh God, so so so so frelling amazingly good still, even on rewatch (a lot of dramas don't hold up for me once the initial frenzy fades, but this one does, oh how it does!).
